More than 150 interested experts, scientists and scholars from 19 different countries participated in the 5th International Congress on Pharmaceutical Engineering (ICPE) 2011 in Graz.
From September 29-30, 2011, the 5th International Congress on Pharmaceutical Engineering (ICPE) 2011 took place in Graz. This internationally acknowledged congress was organized by the Institute for Process and Particle Engineering (IPPE) of Graz University of Technology and the RCPE.
ICPE 2011 was opened by Prof. Dr. Irmtraud Fischer (vice rector of University of Graz), Prof. DDipl.-Ing. Dr.Dr.h.c. Harald Kainz (rector of Graz University of Technology), Prof. Dr. Andreas Zimmer (University of Graz) and Prof. Dr. Johannes Khinast (RCPE & Graz University of Technology).
More than 150 experts and scientists in the field of pharmaceutical engineering participated in the congress and listened to the interesting lectures, which took place in two parallel sessions.

During the brakes, the interested participants were able to discuss what they had heared, as well as the exhibited posters. The congress was also accompanied by an exlcusive industrial exhibition, where companies were able to present their products and services.
