Our Shareholders
RCPE’s ownership structure is unique: we are a private, non-profit company jointly owned by Graz University of Technology (49%), the University of Graz (36%), and the non-university, public research organization Joanneum Research GmbH (15%). This ensures our complete independence from the pharmaceutical industry and positions us as a neutral, publicly owned research organization.
Our Public Funding Partners
RCPE is funded under the COMET Program (Competence Centers for Excellent Technologies), an Austrian flagship initiative designed to promote outstanding, application-oriented research and development in key technology areas. The COMET Program is jointly funded by the Austrian federal government, the federal states, participating companies, and research organizations.
