The offered webinars are freely accessible and are designed to provide deeper, practice-oriented insights into both current developments and fundamental topics across the entire pharmaceutical value chain.

The Future is Continuous and Digital

ConsiGma® in Focus – Unlocking the Potential of Continuous Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

A vast amount of data is generated in continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing, from PAT, equipment, and models. This webinar explores how digitalization can unlock this data to enhance process understanding, reduce experimental effort and material use, and support product and process development, quality and process control, real-time release testing, and troubleshooting.

This joint webinar from RCPE and GEA is tailored for decision makers, production engineers, and R&D specialists who are weighing the risks and benefits. We’ll dive into technology adoption, process optimization, and control strategies – with a special focus on continuous wet granulation-tableting lines.

Comparision of Biotest HSA and Recombinant HSA for the Preparation of Nano Albumin Bound Paclitaxel using Microfluidizer® Technology

In cooperation with Microfluidics and Biotest, RCPE presents a joint webinar on nab-paclitaxel technologies produced using a high-shear Microfluidizer® processor.

Nab-paclitaxel (Abraxane®), the first FDA-approved nab drug formulation, is an effective chemotherapeutic for pancreatic, metastatic breast, and non-small cell lung cancers. By encapsulating the toxic, solvent-based paclitaxel in human serum albumin (HSA), side effects can be significantly reduced. HSA is well suited for nanoparticle formulations due to its biocompatibility, biodegradability, and low immunogenicity.

Massive Open Online Courses (edX)

RCPE GmbH offers Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on the edX platform. These courses provide structured, self-paced learning formats and complement the webinar program by offering more in-depth knowledge transfer.

TUGrazX: Technology for Continuous Production of Medicines

Feeding, blending, granulation (wet and dry), and tableting are the basic process steps for the production of a tablet. In this course, you will learn about advanced high-speed technologies that enable the production of medicines via continuous processes that are controlled in real-time.

Who We Are
