RCPE’s Pilot Plant in Graz, Austria, bridges the gap between laboratory research and commercial scale manufacturing for solid and advanced dosage forms. We accelerate formulation and process development with a versatile pilot plant spanning lab to clinical scale, including nanomanufacturing platforms for nano-enabled drug delivery, hot-melt extrusion lines at multiple throughputs for ASDs and complex formulations, spray dryers from bench to pilot for scalable particle engineering, tablet presses ranging from single-punch R&D units to high-throughput rotary machines, broad milling capabilities using multiple technologies, wet granulation with low- and high-shear mixers and fluid bed systems, and advanced coating capabilities for diverse oral and specialized dosage forms.
